You can place an order by contacting a member of our schools management team or by using our website. We ask that for traceability purposes, all orders are sent to us in writing ( eg: website, email – firstname.lastname@example.org , fax or post / quick pick )
A PO is a Purchase Order System. Some schools have a PO system in place which is helpful to them at the time of paying invoices etc. If you are placing an order online and don’t operate a PO system, please input your name in this field.
Once an order is placed and acknowledged we aim to have the goods to you within 7 days, however please advise us if your order is urgent and we will endeavour to fast track your order providing the goods are in stock. Please be advised that non stock items will have a longer lead time.
Goods can only be delivered to the school address.
Orders over €250.00 are free of charge. Orders under €250.00 are charged at €25.00 Orders containing hazardous chemicals which are under €250.00 are charged at €35.00 If we are delivering goods outside of official school opening periods, please ensure there is a designated member of staff available to receive these goods for the duration of the day, at the time of ordering. A failed delivery charge will apply if we are not advised of any school closures which will affect delivery at time of order.
Please ensure that you review your quote/order acknowledgement upon receiving your email as goods ordered in error will incur a restocking charge providing they are suitable to return to stock.
Only authorised school staff members can order goods through Lennox. We cannot supply goods to students or parents however should you require these please contact a member of the school as we cannot supply to the general public.
Live goods such as Elodea, will be delivered direct to the school from our supplier. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery of these goods. Goods such as Nutrient Agar, Starch Agar and Malt Agar have approximately 4 weeks shelf life.
